This is the wedding photography blog for Melbourne based photographer Brent Lukey.

Brent combines a documentary and editorial style capturing classic, natural moments without making the day feel like a photo shoot.

The Sunday lunch wedding party - Lake House, Daylesford.

Here's a little look at a recent Sunday lunch wedding at Lake House in Daylesford. An intimate celebration with the closest friends and family, plus the great food and wine that Lake House is famous for - and I should know, I worked there a long, long time ago - heady, cigar smoking, pinot drinking and skinny dipping times. There's more of this wedding to share in the coming weeks.

Love Melbourne! Follow me on Instagram, it's all about Melbourne.

When I'm not photographing weddings or interiors I'm on the Melbourne streets with my camera, doing what I love, street photography. I post these photos on my Instagram, take a look.

Melissa and Matt's wedding - Werribee Mansion.

We are at the Werribee Park and Mansion, a spectacular location for anything - a picnic, a stroll, a coffee, a weekend away, a feature film shoot, or a wedding party. In fact, all these things were happening while Melissa and Matt held hands, looked into each other eyes and said 'I do', a busy and beautiful place. The bridal party were all children, youngish children, you know, the energetic and sometimes stubborn kind, so it was really part wedding, part portrait shoot - actually now that I write it, that's what wedding photography is, a busy combination of - photojournalism, portraiture and editorial rolled into one without breaks. Chin Chin.
