'Laura in bridal gown with mirror' - Sunday afternoon in Williamstown.
A nice bedroom, wedding items abound, a little cluttered, not much floor space really, there's an amazing mirror, a large softly furnished window, and it's full of light. It's going to look great! All I have to do is keep the bride calm and enhance the classic look, Laura is generous with me.
When I arrive at the bride's house, I never know what I will walk into, and I'm not the kind of photographer who wants to create a set, nor do I arrive with preconceived shots in mind. I prefer to keep it natural, try to avoid disturbing the house too much, and most importantly allow the people to look their best selves. Nobody wants to look like they came out of a catalogue.

Saturday 6.02pm in a backyard near Warragul.
Bright sunlight has it's advantages, it's crisp and saturated, there's contrast and flare. Creative options that can open up depending on the time of day, direction and shape of the light. Beware the photographer who tells you that
overcast days are best for photography.
In the Jeannie costume, thank you Gilbert, the XWKING, a hug with a mate, dad on the quad, 'Buddy' holds his own.
