Julie and Adam's fabulous backyard wedding - Pascoe Vale, Melbourne.
On a hot Autumn day in Melbourne's
northern suburbs Julie and Adam were married in their backyard, the event had a great feel and was a treat to photograph.
The mix and match of wedding essentials and vintage inspired
style was right on the mark and reflected the couple beautifully. Celebrant Jon Von Goes
handled the ceremony with individual charm and style, the jazz band
kept up a swinging vibe all afternoon, friends and family pitched in
everywhere, local cafe Jack and Daisy
did fabulous catering, refreshments of Pimm's and hand crafted beer
flowed, the couple's three dogs roamed and worked the crowd with aplomb,
and everyone seemed genuinely happy to be there. To mix up the
photography we took off for a short shoot at the nearby Coburg Lake before heading back to the party. I wanted to stay all night, but I had another job the following day.
